 INTRO

  A Free Harley? Well actually thats a little deceptive. There's 
  obviously no such thing as a FREE Harley...only a $200 dollar 
  one. {What?) That's right...for a mere $200 dollars you too can 
  have your very own Harley.

 FREE HARLEY

  Now, from the onset, let me say that I have never tried this and 
  it's totally speculative. None-the-less you have to wonder. I
  mean, when it comes to Harley's, somehow Doctors, Lawyers, Actors,
  and Construction Workers all end up in the same price index. 
  How is it, that Tree Bear can afford to ride right along side Cher 
  on an identical $25,000 dollar Harley-Davidson(R) Fat-Boy? Well I 
  think I found the answer.

 TITLING SERVICES

  A biker friend of mine hipped me to Titling Services. These are services
  which for a mere $200 dollars, will issue a title for ANY motorcycle 
  pre-1986. And, to use their own words, 'No Previous Paperwork is
  Required.' So all you have to do is 'Get your hands on a Harley', fill-
  out the paperwork--which these guys mail to you--and send in your 
  application along with $200 bucks and you got yourself a Harley. Actually
  it'll work with any brand motorcycle, but who would want anything BUT 
  a Harley? Although, there are some pretty nice Indians still out there...
  Anyway, heres the inpho:
